We stand behind the quality of our lab-grown diamond jewelry with a comprehensive warranty.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

All jewelry purchased from The Lab Jewelry includes a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, including:
• Loose or lost stones due to defective settings
• Broken clasps or chains
• Prong or setting failures

WHAT'S COVERED

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. We'll repair or replace any item that fails due to manufacturing defects at no charge.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

The warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper care
• Resizing or modifications by third parties
• Lost or stolen items

REPAIR SERVICES

We offer professional repair services for all jewelry, whether under warranty or not. Contact us at thelabjewelry@gmail.com for a repair quote.

HOW TO CLAIM WARRANTY

1. Contact us at thelabjewelry@gmail.com with photos and description of the issue
2. We'll provide return shipping instructions
3. Send the item to us for inspection
4. We'll repair or replace the item and return it to you

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To keep your jewelry looking beautiful:
• Store in a soft pouch or jewelry box
• Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising
• Clean with mild soap and warm water
• Have prongs checked annually by a jeweler
