30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and in original condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

2. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions
3. Ship the item back using a trackable, insured method
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

EXCHANGES

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style. Contact us at thelabjewelry@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Custom or personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless defective.
